为贯彻国家“按需派遣、保证质量、学用一致”的出国留学方针，确保教师国外研修效果，按照《565net必赢官方网教师公派出国（境）研修管理暂行办法》并结合派出实际情况，学校决定自2018年起，对申报学校公派青年教师出国研修项目人员进行外语水平测试，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、考试安排

学校定于2018年6月9日（周六）在雁塔校区举行外语水平测试，测试包含两个环节。

第一环节为闭卷考试，满分100分。考试时间为120分钟。笔试成绩比重为50%。试题包含阅读、词汇及听力等内容。

第二个环节为口语考试。考生在候考区（第二会议室）按照抽签顺序依次进行口试，每人不超过10分钟，口试包含3道题，每题约3分钟。口语测试成绩比重为50%。口语考试说明及样题见附件。

二、相关说明

1. 遴选标准：结合人才队伍建设及学科建设需要，在减去2017年未按期出国占用的本院系指标后，综合申请研修院校的科研水平，导师学术背景、出国研修任务、院系配套经费、个人业务能力及外语水平等，对申请人材料进行评审和选拔。

2. 入选2018年学校公派出国人员，若外语水平未达到学校要求，自确定之日起保留派出资格一年，逾期作废。资格保留期内，外语水平达到国家公派合格标准后方可派出。

三、派出管理

1. 申请人员需明确本次出国工作任务，并以此作为评选及回国考核的依据；考核合格并完成派出协议约定内容后，学校资助的费用方可予以报销。

2. 派出人员需定期汇报个人研修情况，每三个月向院系及人事处汇报研修进展。汇报材料应有导师签名及研修学校标记。

试题结构：试卷分为四部分，总时间为120分钟，满分100分。

第一部分：听力。

听力分为短对话，长对话和短文听力三部分。共30道题，计30分。时间大约18分钟。试题类型为选择题。

第二部分：阅读 。

阅读部分分为三篇文章，计36分。试题类型为选择题。

第三部分：翻译

将五个汉语句子翻译为英语，计14分。

第四部分：写作

根据所给的题目，写一篇议论文，不用写题目。字数为至少200字。计20分。
